Everything you need to start hosting your purple martin colony! Natural wood cedar with solid HDPE Poly roof. High tensile strength pole includes all mounting hardware and B-350 self-locking brake winch. House opening are Conley II type and help in the prevention of letting in unwanted birds including Starlings.

House compartments: 6.5"w x 6"h x 11"d
Ball top with a pair of 72" perch rods, Pole Ground socket. Troyer suggests that the house be painted. Combo inclues Free T-14 plan booklet and hard back "A Purple Martin Journey" book.
